CHS Grade 12 Grad: Hannah Saunders

Hannah is a bright, caring and determined young Indigenous Woman from Brunswick House First Nation. During our school hosted PowWows over the years, Hannah shared her culture by drumming and singing with the Women’s Drum Group as well as dancing. She has a great deal of knowledge to share with others. Hannah was among the first group of students at Chapleau High School to learn Ojibwe through a language course offered at the school.

Hannah demonstrated outstanding commitment, dedication and perseverance this past year in completing her Grade Twelve diploma. We are very proud of you! Continue to pursue your dreams and set goals for yourself! You will surpass them without a doubt as you have the drive and determination within you.
